GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The price offer is prepared individually in response to customer inquiry.
2. Inquiries should be replied within 48 hours.
3. Custom samples are prepared by Feryster design department within 14 days (catalog samples - 3 days).
4. Purchase orders must be send by fax, e-mail or letter. Purchase order should include: PO number, product index/indexes, company name, shipping & billing addresses.
5. We confirm all orders (by fax or by e-mail) indicating production Lead Time, and delivery terms.
6. Production orders are filled within 14 days.*
7. In general, advance permanent is required in order to process an international order, unless a reliable payment history has been established.
8. There are quantity discounts (table below), starting at 50 pcs, applied to each item in an order.

9. Feryster ships international orders via DPD, UPS, TNT and DHL depending on size, weight and destination country. If customer forwarder (along with client number) is not indicated , then Feryster chooses one of above forwarders and add shipping cost to the invoice.
10. For orders value exceeding 1250EUR (weight below 30kg) goods are shipped at FERYSTER expense.
11. Delivery to the EU countries is within 4 working days of the goods being dispatched. Delivery to the Rest of the World is via UPS (or customer forwarder) and will be within 7 working days of dispatch.
12. The total amount charged for each international shipment does not include any import duties or any other taxes.
