Development of new technologies, the need to use power in a rational way and care about the environment in which we live forces us to continually improve our products. Inductive components, which seemed to have become obsolete at the onset of the digital era; began a new life. However, for them to comply with the new, higher requirements expected of electronic devices, they must take new forms. Here is a short overview and application of some components which we manufacture:
1.Air-core coils, made of copper wire of diameters of 0.1 to 2.2 mm of practically any sizes and shapes, their application ranging from low frequency audio coils, through ID cards, ham radio aerial filters for band-pass filters and selective high frequency filters. CP Type. Inductance of 1 nH to 100 mH
2.Fixed inductance chokes, wound on iron powder cores with open magnetic circuit, the cylinder and spool core shape, used in frequency filters of a few Hz to several dozen kHz, ideal for inductance references. Type CSZ , L=10 uH to 1 H
3.Fixed inductance chokes, wound on Ni Zn cores with open magnetic circuit, the cylinder, or spool, or cubicoid core shape, available in Through-Hole Technology (THT) and Surface Mount Device SMD versions. Designed for an energy accumulation as well as for a wide range of EMI suppression in the frequency range of a few kHz up to a few of MHz, DW , DSZ and DSMD Type, L= 1 uH to 500 mH
4.Chokes with closed magnetic circuit, wound on non-linear iron powder toroidal cores with so called distributed air gap, showing a very good ratio of accumulated energy to their sizes, at saturation flux density above 1T. Optimal operating frequencies are: 1kHz-100kHz ,DTP Type , L=10uH-10mH
5.Chokes with closed magnetic circuit, wound on MSS toroidal cores made of special metal powders having distributed air gap, at saturation flux density above 1T. Optimal operating frequencies are: 100 kHz - 1 MHz. DTMSS Type, L=1uH-1mH. the power loss is 10 times less than for DTP Type cores .
6.Current-compensated chokes with two windings, wound on high permeability Mn Zn cores with closed magnetic circuit, of inductance within 100uH-100mH, to interference suppression within the frequency range of 1 kHz-500kHz,DUS , DTS , DES , DEQS Types.
7.The remaining components, such as: proximity sensors, electromagnet coils , measuring transformers, branch joints, hybrid coils, signal separators, autotransformers for buzzers, THT and SMD EMI-suppression beads on wire, cable shields, and many others. There is a wide range of plates, casings and bobbins available for the aforementioned components.
8.Finally, leading products requiring knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies: SMPS transformers used in all configurations of switching-mode power supplies as well as used in applications as the separating or wide-band transformers. Mn Zn cores with very low power loss are used in the design of pulse transformers, optimally matching the core type to specific applications and operating frequency. Power transmission ranges from 1 W to 1 kW. We manufacture transformers using toroidal cores or other shapes, such as: EE, EFD, ETD, RM, etc. We have different bobbins available for each type of core, having different number and pattern of pins as well as different numbers of sections of bobbin. For each type of core we have components on stock, which enable us to put together
a pair of cores of practically any air gap size. Each time our customers consult us, we try to offer an optimal circuit solution for reasonable price based on our best experience.
We do not charge any additional fees for our switching-mode power supplies designs, providing our client with the entire set of inductive components. In our transformer's manufacturing process we use enamel insulated or cotton insulated wire, twisted wires, litz wires or special triple insulated wires of diameters of 0.1 to 0.6mm, which enable us to build the very low power transformers, where due to the miniature sizes it is not possible to use safety margins, while it is necessary to maintain high resistance to electric breakdown. The special glues are used for mating faces of cores. These glues are resistant to mechanical forces and to high temperatures.
If required, we use the magnetic shields as well as vacuum impregnation. Our components are successful in many areas of electronics and other trades of industry; both as the EMC components and as the components in power supply systems, telecommunication systems, military technology, mining, automation and metrology.
